Community-Based Reforestation and Ecosystem Restoration
ICC has actively contributed to landscape restoration efforts through large-scale tree planting initiatives. In ongoing partnership with the Kenya Air Force, ICC has been facilitating the distribution of 40,000 tree seedlings to schools and local communities.

This initiative aimed to:
1. Promote reforestation and restoration of degraded landscapes
2. Enhance biodiversity and ecosystem health
3. Strengthen climate resilience through increased tree cover
4. Foster environmental stewardship among young people and communities

By engaging schools, ICC also integrated environmental education, encouraging students to take an active role in nurturing trees and protecting their natural environment.
The initiative has contributed to improved vegetation cover, increased awareness on conservation practices, and community ownership of environmental restoration efforts, ensuring sustainability beyond the initial distribution.
